Sign up for third party search engine and send links to vehicles.
We’ll translate and provide vehicle information.
Send a deposit if you would like us to inspect (optional) or bid. Inform us of your maximum bid if not inspecting.
We arrange third-party inspections if requested, or proceed with bid.
We’ll place your bid.
Results!
Continue searching if we didn’t win, or if looking for more vehicles.
If we win, please respond to the email with your personal info so we can send you an invoice.
We’ll send a proforma invoice for the vehicle and standard fees. Vehicle pickup arranged to closest storage yard, and forwarder notified.
New buyers will be given a login for their Your Vehicles page for vehicle updates.
Please arrange payment within 2 banking days.
Arrival at yard (1-2 weeks). Photos uploaded to your Your Vehicles page.
We’ll de-register the vehicle.
Booking confirmations typically take 1-3 months and we will send you an email as soon as a booking is confirmed.
The first of the shipping documents will arrive around the time of loading. We will upload it and email you as soon as it comes in. If there are any additional charges, we will invoice you at this time.
Check and confirm details on the documents. US importers will need to file ISF.
BL Surrender will be the last document, and once that is in, we will upload it and send the hard copy of the Export Certificate to you by EMS.
The freight company will send you an arrival notice shortly before arrival.
Customs process via broker or personally if it is possible.
Once the vehicle has cleared customs your broker will instruct you regarding pickup.
