Our Fees

Standard Fees

Service Fee: 59,000 Yen
Additional Fee for Vehicles Over 1,000,000 Yen: 2% of the amount exceeding 1,000,000 Yen, capped at 15,000,000 Yen.
Per Inspection: 3,000 Yen
Auction House Fees: 25,000 Yen
Japan-Side Port Fees: 25,000 Yen
Ocean Freight: Please use our Estimate Page

Additional Costs (As Requested or Required)

Auction Negotiation Fee: 10,000 Yen
Inspections as Required by the Import Country: Typically around 30,000 Yen
Storage Charges Beyond the Complementary Storage Period: 700–900 Yen/day
Additional Transport Costs: Varies
Vehicle Re-Measurement: Typically around 30,000 Yen
Notarized Document: 15,000 Yen/each
Additional Port Fees for Oversized Vehicles: 10,000 Yen
Additional Auction Fees as Required: Typically 10,000 Yen
Auction Listing Service: 40,000 Yen + Auction house fees

Deposits

Single Deposit

A deposit of 150,000 yen (“Single Deposit”) is required to inspect and bid, on one vehicle at a time, with a bidding limit of up to 2,000,000 yen. For bids exceeding this amount, an additional 150,000 yen deposit is required for each incremental increase of 2,000,000 yen in bidding.

Single Deposits will be applied to the purchase invoice once a vehicle is successfully purchased unless otherwise requested by the Client. If a refund of the Single Deposit is requested prior to vehicle purchase, the deposit will be refunded minus transaction fees and any other unpaid services.

Dealer Deposit

If you intend to purchase five (5) or more vehicles, we offer a 700,000 yen deposit (“Dealer Deposit”). If you place a Dealer Deposit you will receive a 10,000 yen per vehicle discount on our fee!

The Dealer Deposits can be applied to the purchase invoice for the 5th vehicle onward or refunded after the 5th vehicle’s payment, minus transaction fees and any other unpaid services. Dealer Deposits are non-refundable unless you have purchased and paid for at least five (5) vehicles.
